With that in mind, here are a few projects and ideas that I have set myself for 2025:

A.I. – The future is here!

As expected, 2024 was the year of A.I. for me [LINK]. This will continue to be a central topic for me in 2025, because I discover new possibilities and ideas almost every day. Two days ago, I built my first GPT. I am currently familiarizing myself with the REST API interface to develop a keyword tool for images. A lot will happen in this area in 2025, especially since many of my other projects and ideas benefit greatly from A.I. tools. The technology will continue to play an important role in my workflow.

The Blog

My blog is directly linked to A.I. technology. I expect that both my productivity and the quality of my articles will continue to increase. My list of ideas for new articles and topics is constantly growing. For example, I am planning content such as “Support my Daily Coffee” and will focus more on GenX and The80s. That doesn’t mean I won’t cover current movies, series and topics – of course, always through the GenX rose-colored Ray-Ban Aviators.

The Art

My Photoshop artworks are also closely related to A.I. technology. Generative A.I. has established itself as an excellent source for (stock) images that are ideal as a base for my artworks, such as posters, flyers, banners and logos. In 2025, I plan to implement even more creative ideas, from new prompt techniques to new applications for the images created. I also want to continue improving my skills in using A.I. prompts and new Photoshop tools, and find ways to make my workflows more efficient, including with the help of my planned keyword tool.

MyBricks – NonLego

After things have been a bit quiet around my NonLego and Lego projects in the last year, I’m planning to revive this hobby in 2025. First, I’ll finish the prints for the dioramas that are already almost finished and look into new lighting ideas.
Some new diorama ideas are:

• Godzilla vs. Tokyo (Minifig/Microscale)
• Ferrari Testarossa (Miami Vice)

and many more…
Now the only question left is: Where can I find space for all the new sets?

Conventions / Cosplay / Nerfs

Like every year since 2020, I am not planning any big convention visits for 2025 either. The constantly rising prices and the question of the ratio of effort, costs and benefits make me hesitant. My last experiences with Elfia (2019), Dokomi (2019) and Gamescom (2018) have left their mark here.
Maybe I’ll visit the Spellenspektakel in Utrecht, the Dutch version of the SPIEL. However, I won’t be there as a photographer. Will I be wearing a cosplay? Let’s see what still fits…
As for Nerf projects, I’m definitely not planning any new ones. Instead, I’d like to sell some unused Nerf “blanks” and modified models – hopefully with more success than before.

And otherwise…

Otherwise, I’ll see what new ideas come up. Be it crafting, A.I., computers, photography or other creative projects. There are also some big changes coming up for 2025 – let’s see what comes of them.

Shir’KhAI…

Shir’KhAI is the name of my fursona – the anthropomorphic Tiger Girl with black and white stripes and blue eyes. She has “secretly” become the mascot of my blog, and indeed of my entire website. And she will continue to develop this role in 2025. Maybe I should secure the domain already…
BTW: She likes to drink a lot of coffee, just like me…

To sum up

Most of my projects and ideas for 2025 are a consistent continuation of what I have already started in 2024. It will be exciting to see what new paths will open up during the year!
